On November 5, 1985, voters approved the formation of the
Potter-Randall Emergency Communications District.

Mission
Our mission is to provide an efficient, effective enhanced 911 system that assists member jurisdictions in response to police, fire and medical emergency calls.

STATS
The Potter Randall County Emergency Communications District covers more than 1,800 square miles in the heart of the Texas Panhandle. We currently serve an estimated quarter-million residents and process, on average, more than four hundred calls for service each and every day.
