Greg Green
Executive Director
Greg Green has been in the 9-1-1 industry for 21 years, 8 of which as Executive Director of the District. His past 9-1-1 work experience includes GIS, addressing, public education, program planning and administration. Greg is married to Christy and has two children and one granddaughter.

Robbyn Hart, ENP
Business Manager
Robbyn Hart ENP has been the Business Manager for 23 years at Potter-Randall County Emergency Communications District. She also provides the PSAP’s in the District with extra-curricular training. Currently, she serves as the Regional Coordinator for the Panhandle Regional TERT team, Treasurer for Texas 911 Trainers and Treasurer for Texas Chapter of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials. Robbyn is married to Kevin, has 4 children and spouses, 14 grandchildren, and 3 great grand children with 2 on the way!

Leticia Truex
Public Marketing Coordinator
Leticia Truex began her career with the district in January of 2008. She enjoys every aspect of her job which includes her positions as Texas NENA Panhandle Regional Coordinator, Public Relations Committee Chair for Texas the Public Safety Communications Conference, Public Educator of the Quarter Awards Committee and Telecommunicator Recognition Chair for the Public Educators of Texas. When she is not in the office, you can find her working at our booth at weekend Community Events or controlling chaos as a mommy, wife and volunteer coach.

Reymundo Campos, GISC, GISP
GIS/Database Manager
Rey joined the District in 2008 after 13 years working for the City of Amarillo. Doing the behind-the-scenes work that ensures emergency service delivery, Rey works closely with 9-1-1 staff and service providers in our area to resolve issues and keep GIS data up-to-date.

Duain Gomez, ENP, GISC,GISP
9-1-1 Systems Coordinator
Duain started his career in the 9-1-1 industry in 2001 with the District. His 9-1-1 work experience includes GIS/GPS, drafting, addressing, database, wireless testing, graphic design and management. In 2015 he earned the Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) certifications. Duain is married to Rebekah and has two children.
